Printer-friendly versionPDF versionDr. Shelley Harris is an Associate Professor in Curriculum and Instruction in the Department of Educator and Leadership Preparation. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in learning theory, instructional strategies, and methodology. As a professional in the education community, her teaching experience includes working as an elementary, middle, and secondary education teacher. In addition to teaching and research, she offers a Jaguar Camp each summer for graduate students hosted at American Sunrise Learning Center. Dr. Harris’ areas of research and specialization include multimodal teaching, experiential learning, affective teaching, and effective instructional models. She is also a graduate student of clinical mental health.
