Jessica Canter received her JD from the University of New Hampshire in 2014 and has a BA in Political Science from UT at San Antonio. She is First Assistant Public Defender at Texas RioGrande Legal Aid’s Rural Defender Service in Beeville, TX, where she represents clients in Bee, Live Oak, and McMullen counties.
